what a seller can do to a salesperson once he/she never meet the expectation?

Dear sir/madam,
Should you feel that the salesperson is not performing up to your expectation, the very first step you should take is to voice out your discontentment and make known to the salesperson what your expectations are.
Subsequently, if the salesperson continues to perform below expectations, you may wish to write in to the agency concern to terminate the agreement you have with the salesperson and agency.
You may lodge a formal complain with CEA if the salesperson concern has misrepresented you or judged to have done something that should not be done.
