Hi Madam Tan,

Technically there should be no issue provided that all 4 owners of this purchased property have met their respective Minimum Occupation Period for their HDB if any.

As Lewis has pointed out, you can opt to arrange the ownership as Tenancy-in-common to determine the percentage each owner has or joint tenancy.

Have you shortlisted any units or projects so far? I have a 2 bedroom unit in Edelweiss Park Condo (freehold) 947sqf and 2 bedroom unit in Changi Court (freehold) 969sqf on hand for sale.
