Since you have mentioned that your condo has not TOPed, may I know if you are aware that you maybe subjected to SSD should you sell now, very much depends on when did you make your purchase.
As for selling now or not, I am sure that as long as you can get the price you want to sell, it will definitely be better to sell 1 day earlier than 1 day later.
Focus on what you need to do on hand instead of being swayed by the market. I have braved the past 6 rounds of cooling measures with my clients and that is one of the thing I learned.

From registration to take up RES to registration to start practising, you are looking at a generic cost of $2000 up front. If you are purely looking at marketing costs, then may I ask if you already have units in the pipeline for your marketing? Or are you intending to start out doing project marketing?
