Nobody can predict or foresee which direction Singapore property will be moving, not even any property analyst. Few years back, there are talking that prices will drop, prices will go down by 20%, But did it happen? It never happen.
So, the conclusion is, sell when it hit the profit margin you want. Be contented with what you have made if there is an offer close to your asking, take profit and move on for your other investment.
