Vivace is next to The Wharf Residence and is marketing at more than 1,800psf. This is so much higher than The Wharf Residence transacting at near 1,500psf.

The developer for The Wharf Residence is also more reputable than Vivace.

D9 properties had also appreciated to (or above) 2007 prices. Yet, The Wharf is still much lower than transactions done in 2007.

Q: Is The Wharf Residence significantly under priced??
