Under current ruling, can PR couples buy private property/condominium if they possess property in oversea?

Afternoon Jay,

The overseas property restriction does not affect you if you are buying private property.
The rugulation is meant for property investors who were playing with HDB properties.

Hi Jay,

The rules only applied if you are purchasing a HDB flat.
