If you are looking at HDB, then the answer will be no. You will have to wait till 35 to be eligible to purchase resale unit. However, you can still purchase private residential.

Hi,

For hdb, it a strict no since the minimum age requirements for single will be 35 years and above.
However, you will be able to get a private property as long as you are 21 years and above.
Nowadays you will be able to purchase a condo which in the same price range as some hdb.
But best is to check what your budget before deciding.

Feel free to contact me to discuss further.
