shall i sell away the EC then buy a HDB for own stay and a condo to rent out

Afternoon Serene,
Before we go to that, you must be aware that you will have to purchase HDB first, fulfilled the MOP before you can purchase your second property. You will have to be SC (35 y/o for single) and married to another SC or PR to be eligible for the HDB purchase.
Thus the road ahead is quite long. It would be prudent to work out on your financial status.
