Seller’s property agent said that we are eligible to purchase the unit and she mentioned that she has checked the EIP. However when we were submitting our resale application, we are actually not eligible due to EIP. - This was after we have paid the deposit+exercise fee of $1,200.
What should i do? Any chance that I could get my deposit back since the agent is partly to be blame for telling us that we are eligible to purchase the unit?
Have texted her, but no replies.. usually she replies to whatsapps very promptly. Anyone has the same encounter before?
