Good afternoon Massy,

Expected TOP date for R Maison is 30 June 2016 but it should be able to obtain its TOP as early from first quarter of 2016.

Balance units are mostly penthouses only left 2 3 bedders that are not penthouses.

Care to share more information on your requirements and budget so I will be in a better position to advise you?
