Hi Raymond, if you are referring to new launch projects, most of the developers have already started cutting down their prices since 1 year ago due to the weak market sentiment. If this year is still not a good time to buy, then when do you think it will ever be?

Developers have already slashed prices, to make it more attractive than ever. This is only possible due to the weakened demand. Imagine, if any tweak in policies arises- demand will revive, increasing prices. If you intend to buy a property soon, why not now?
