Recently bought a HDB flat and was disappointed that my buying agent is not putting a good representation for me. I am not in a hurry to get the HDB appointment as I would like to obtain keys after the Chinese 7th mth. It seems that he is on the same side as the selling agent in hastening the transaction. I dont feel that he deserve the 1% commission I am giving him.
Is the 1% commission fixed or can I give him less since he is not performing up to standard?
Any CEA rules on that?
