Hi Mark,
Yes,they are still available but most, if not all are properties with ~20years lease remaining and chances are banks will not grant you any loan for such properties.
If you are still interested to purchase such units, call me for discussion.
Otherwise, I'd suggest that you invest this sum of money in private apartment or condos.
