Hi Catherine,

The easiest way out to find out about a reasonable price is to check with various banks on the indicative value and work out a reasonable sum based on the background work done.

Are you looking at sellin or buying? Perhaps you may wish to share more of your concerns with me or I may get the panel of bankers I am working with to assist in establishing the indicative?

It depends on the size, level, facing and conditions.

I can get a banker to value based on the unit no., size etc.

Alternatively, indicative based on past transaction
