Good morning Roger,

It appears your unit is a corner terrace, may I have the approximate land size of your unit so to be able to provide closer estimates? The recent transactions in the area psf wise has been in the range of 1047 psf to 1425 psf. The approximately valuation depends on the land size, interior condition and facing as well.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
