Planning to get a Condo around Potong Pasir for 3 people, myself and my parent.

1st time property buyer with 90K in CPF OA

For a 2 Room condo, Can advice how much cash should I budget for Downpayment, loans, legal fee etc?

We might consider renting my parent 4 room Potong pasir HDB unit to offset the monthly installation. Feasible? any advise on market rate?
