Dear sir/madam,
The sales proceeds after deducting the outstanding loan, arrears in loan as well as the total CPF utilised with accrued interest is $178,918.66 if the property is sold at $300,000. That is excluding any professional fees, resale admin fees involved.
The sales proceed distribution is dependent of the ownership of the property as well as the sum to be repaid and we will be unable to share if we are not aware of the details.
