Now I hold a HDB property, if I buy an oversea property must I sell the HDB flat? What is the time frame that I require to sell?

Afternoon,

You must first fulfill the MOP of your HDB unit, prior to be eligible for the purchase of private property.
Once you have fulfill that, you can keep both HDB and private property.

You must fulfill the MOP of your HDB flat before you can purchase a private property (both local and overseas).
