Good afternoon,
As resale EC is considered private property, you are required to wait out 15 months after selling the EC, before you are eligible to purchase the next HDB due to the new housing regulation announced on 30 Sept. This will not be applicable if you are 55 years and above, and if you are getting a 4-room or smaller HDB.
