My share value of the unit is 8 out of 10000 what does it means? How much do I have to pay for the maintenance charges? Thanks.

Hi GG,

You will need to find out from your MCST on the maintenance fee per share value. Assume every share value is $40, you will need to pay 8 x $40 = $320 for maintenance every month.

The studio/2-bedroom usually has a smaller share value and a bigger share value for the 3-bedroom and above. 10,000 is the total share values for the entire development.
