My property agent already managed to sell my flat. However she seems to be having problem getting a condo unit for me to buy. Most of the seller agent when called said that the units are already co-brooked and not available.
Can I look for a unit myself because it seems that most seller agent prefer not to deal with a buyer agent and rather do it directly with a buyer. In this case I won't need to pay my agent because he has failed to find a unit for me? Do I need to pay anything to the seller agent?
