What is the appointment about and who is the owner of the property? In addition, what are the applications which the agent did without informing you?

With due respect to all parties, I would suggest that you can reveal your unhappiness to the agent and make known your requirements and expectations to her before going to complain. If she is unrepentant or still unable to meet your expectations, you may terminate the appointment and also lodge a complain to the relevant body.
