Morn Nwe, Its more important that you need to know the loan granted by the banks in view of the TDSR framework that limits loan to individual. In this regard, I am suggesting for a preliminary assessment by a reliable banker (your choice bank) and I can get them to work it out. Next, we can then discuss more about the financing aspects as well as location, budget and mortgage. What comes next is viewing and buying your dream home. I can be contacted at 9353 0099  if you need more information from me. Happy to assist! Rdgs James 9353 0099  Read More
