My husband and I are interested in upgrading (fully paid up 4 roomer) to any new Ec around Sengkang/Hougang Area ( easy access to TPE/KPE). Our budget not more than $600k. We are not sure if this is a good time to go into the new property prices around $700p.s.f around that vicinity?

A 3 Bdrm unit is around $600k++.
