My HDB will MOP next month. i have also bought a condo which TOP 1Q 2011. have been exercising reissuing OTP so that ADBD will not be incurred while waiting for my HDB to mop so that i can sell it off.
Can i Know in order to secure my new condo, by when i must sell off the HDB? Can i use other agent to sell of HDB and not use the agent who help me buy the condo?

Hi, now that your HDB is going to MOP next month, you could start to appoint an agent to assist. And yes, you can appoint any agent to assist you.

It is not necessary to appoint the agent that sold you the new launch to sell your current HDB.. To secure your condo unit, you will need to exercise the Sales and Purchase agreement and pay the next 15% payment..
