Hi Patrick,

If my guess is correct, your concern is if HDB allows the 2 of you to purchase a unit together after marriage.

As Ben has pointed out, HDB will not and cannot stop the 2 of you from getting married.

As to the options you may look at, Ben has also pointed out the possible scenarios. My question is that if the HDB which your girlfriend owns is still in her name or has it been sold?

Is your present unit fully paid up?
