For HDB purchased before 5 March 2010, the MOP is 2.5 yrs if taking HDB loan. 1 yr if taking bank loan.
As your unit is 3 1/2 yrs ago, you can rent out the whole unit. I would be glad to serve you and get you a tenant if you have decided to rent out.
