My brother is 55.He will be applying for 2 room short lease flexi soon.
Can he sell his current flat to me at 100k below market value?
He has FRS in his retirement account.Will he be able to withdraw all sums above the FRS after the deal has been completed?

By the way, after your brother sold his flat, he is able to collect cash proceeds if there is any. As for his utilised OA plus accrued interest being used for this housing, it will goes into his retirement account.
