My aunty have a landed hse with loan of abt 800k.She can't affort to pay by the end of the year as her cpf is running out.The hse is value abt 3.5mil 2yrs ago.As the hse is old and she can't affort to renovate.
1. Should she sell?
2.Rent out as chilcare ctr so renovation will be done by operator?

First of all, you are not a Kaypo as mentioned, instead you are trying to help your Aunt on this issue.

Prior to answering the questions of selling away or renting out the house, you should ask your Aunt's opinion first as she will be the one affected after the whole process.
