My aunty have a landed hse with loan of abt 800k.She can't affort to pay by the end of the year as her cpf is running out.The hse is value abt 3.5mil 2yrs ago.As the hse is old and she can't affort to renovate.
1. Should she sell?
2.Rent out as chilcare ctr so renovation will be done by operator?
