Hi
Assuming you are a first timer, you may get first timer grant for resale flat amounting to 55k (estimated, depending on your actual income). With combined OA of 35k and a budget of $450k, it is estimated you may need a loan of $370k with monthly mortgage for 25 years around 1.7k per month. For a more detailed explanation on this do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussion. I understand that COV is the issue for most buyers especially in today's market where demand for HDB is very high since after circuit breaker period. However it is still possible to secure house without COV in today's market with proper research and negotiation strategy. As for myself, 90% of the buyers i have served did not have to incur any COV. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussion on this.
