Evening, Being an open listing, you might have the freedom to engage many agents to market your unit. However, all the agent's purpose is to close your deal ASAP, hence it would be likely that they will try to close the deal with the lowest possible price. What's the point of working towards your asking price when you might not be the one who will reap the reward? As for exclusive or sole agent listing, only one agent will be your point of contact. Therefore, it's easier for your selling price to be controlled. This will also prevent you from doing more pre-sales paperwork.
