Yes you are considering to relocate to new condo but first and for most ,you must consider on the new measure impact and pricing that fit into your financial and loan period.To sell your flat and buy a condo, is seem like contrating. If you are buying the condo ,do seriously consider wat kind of value would you acheive in the next 5 yrs,10yrs,15yrs and 20yrs.I think i should stop here,good luck
