may i know 5A at woodlands can ask cov is how much ?

Hi Vicky,
For COV, the most important factor is the location followed by level, facing and condition of the unit.
The general level of COV has fallen as compared to last year due to the measures put in by govt. Genuine sellers should be more realistic to how much the COV can fetch.
Having said that, if your unit is in a central location with reasonably good condition, you should be able to fetch a higher COV.
Do not be misled by claim of sky high COV!

I agree with the advice given by the agents. advertisement stating Buyers with High COV don't really exist.
The current 5A units selling at Marsiling and Woodlands are asking at an average of $50k. This COV vary from location, level, facing and condition.
