Hi Hazel, it is unlikely to get a unit on a very high floor with 900k budget. As the recent transaction of such few units have already reached 1.1m. So it might be better for you to consider new launches instead as most of the developers are already slashing their prices. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

May I suggest an alternative project just a short walk away from SOuthbank. The project is called CityGate. Slightly above your budget (38k more) but at 26th floor. Else you may consider a 2 bedroom dual key for investment (stay one and rent the other).
