Look at the variation in asking price of KM, 1292 sqft some asking $980k some asking $1.2m. is it possible for such a big diff in asking price? Higher priced units are there as fake comparison to make selling lower priced unit easier. I recently ask bank for indication of a 3+1 unit in KM and its $960k, asking for $1.2m is right?

I am renting a unit at KM and I received flyers warning KM owners that prices are going to fall soon and advise owners to cash out but on the other hand when I meet the agents to view other units agent will tell me prices in KM is rising fast and faster commit. Where is the integrity of these agents?? It was a bad experience dealing with these agents. Pls advice
