Last time we had applied the HDB flat using ther Married Child Priority (MCP) scheme. If we decided to move to a condo, can the condo within the same town/estate or it must be within 2km from our parent unit or vice versa?

Morning,

As you have purchased the unit under MCP, you need to fulfill your 5 years MOP.
Once this is fulfilled, you have completed the contract with HDB, hence you are eligible to purchase the condo, anywhere in Singapore. You do not necessary need to stay within the same estate or 2km from where your parents are residing.

HI Mugen,

You need to fulfill your HDB of 5 years MOP before you can purchase a condo. And you do not have to stay within the same town or within 2 km from your parents as there is no such restrictions for private property.
