Allow me to know the condition of the house and if possible, arrange for an appointment to look at the property in particular.

Basing on your description, no one is able to estimate the property value unlike HDB.

Each landed property is unique, and the value very much depends on the condition of unit, for example, when was the last renovation done and how much was spent on the renovation, and how well maintained the unit condition is.

An average figure to look at for landed properties in your district (from run-down dilapidated types to brand new units) is about $1,100 psf, therefore should be about $1.98m. Like I have mentioned, this is a very inaccurate guide as all sorts of property are taken into consideration.
