Isnt it conflict of interest if a unit is co-broke by both husband & wife team? Buyer's agent will sure get his share of commission, will he get a better deal for buyer ?

(Hi, As far as I know, from a new cea rule, a property agent cannot dually represent both the buyer and the seller. If both husband and wife are property agent, can one represent the buyer and the other represent the seller? Thanks! )
