Hi Pamela,
The basic consideration to whether selling or not will be if the selling price can match your expectations when you first set out to purchase the property.
There will never be a bad time to sell should you be able to meet that.

However, you might want to consider how you can restructure your property portfolio based on current conditions to determine how you can maximize your assets. Determine what you will do with the freed up cash and see if you can get another property or investments that can give you a higher returns based on current conditions.
