Is this a good time to buy landed property

Hi May,
It has never been a bad time to buy a landed property, for in land scarce Singapore, the number of landed properties have dropped a fair bit, therefore with the limited supply of landed properties, prices are unlikely to drop.
Nevertheless, it will be important to plan out your finances well to enter into the market, for it will be unwise to overstretch and limit your cashflow.
I do have a few good buy units in the east and north of Singapore depending on your budget available.
