Hi SL,

Looking at the situation where more and more private apartments are springing up in prime districts after rows of terrace houses are collectively bought over by developers, the number of landed properties in Singapore has been shrinking greatly, therefore how do you think the value of landed properties will be affected? Northwards or Southwards? Property value is very much in relation to the supply vs demand, as the number of landed property decreases with the demand increasing if not maintaining, my opinion is that it should be heading northwards.

If you are keen in taking a look at some landed properties in Opera Estate area or even other areas, feel free to contact me further for discussion as my team has been involved in doing landed properties. Whatsmore, there is an upcoming landed property exhibition where financial and legal advisors are around to provide free assistance. We have more than 100 units of landed properties all around Singapore during our last 2 exhibitions.

Thanks.

    Hi Geryl,

I am more interested in the Holland, Thomson or Upp Bt Timah area coz we already have a tenanted property in the East.

I would be interested in attending the landed property exhibition. When is it and how do I sign up?
