Maintenance charges is not determined by the tenure of the projects but rather, how much to pay per share value of unit is. Typically it has great correlation to the number of units within the project as well the type of facilities available within the project.

Hi,

Maintenance fees is determined and impacted more by the number of units and the type and quantity of facilities in the development. They are used for example, the upkeep and maintenance of common areas and services (such as shuttle bus, housekeeping of communal areas etc.). Its not so much impacted by lease tenure or TOP.
