There is not any units at Yardley for sale at this moment. Your budget of 850k is reasonable for a 3+1 bedrooms. For your info, there are total of 55units for this 12 storey building. All 3 bedroom units ranging from 1270-1432sqf. The last time a unit was marketed and sold was in November 2008.

Can i suggest yourself to leave me your email, so that for any new units being marketed, i can keep yourself in the loop. Or perhaps, u like to share other projects that you are interested too.
