Is the owner without RES license legally allowed to advertise/ sell his property??

Morning John,
RES license is for agents, to certified them and allow them to assist seller and buyer in the whole transaction.
However, should ruling does not affect house owners, who choose to market their unit on their own.
Of course, the seller would have limited advertisement exposure, as most of the property website only allow certified agents to place their advertisement.
