Suites @ east coast has its strengths, if the price is realistic it shouldn't be a problem renting out. I'm currently viewing with a tenant looking around the Siglap/Kembangan area, may I know if you looking to rent out a unit, or to purchase 1 at suites @ east coast for investment?
