Is it true that if you own an HDB and buy the second private property, you have to pay 10% on second property tax.

Afternoon Rick,

The property which you are staying in will be going at 4% and the other will be at 10%. So it's up to you to choose which property to stay and which to let out.

If both property are for staying. Is it still paying 10% tax?
