Hi, there is no right or wrong answer. From investor perspective, if condo A price is stagnant and value is not growing or going downwards, then it is smart move for you to cash out and place the fund into another condo which can give you more capital upside potential.

No agent fee apply to you as buyer.

Hi Sir/Madam

It will be really depend on what it is you are looking for.
If you are looking for capital appreciation, it will be good to analyze recent transactions at your current place to see if there is still possibility that the price will increase
If you are looking for bigger space, change location, etc, I can advise you the current market price of your unit (to see if it is good to sell now)

How many bedrooms are you looking at and which area you prefer?
I will be glad to assist, no agent fee from private property buyer

Dear Sir/Mdm,

It is not silly if the decision is based on financial grounds. We will need to analyze the 2 condos before you make a decision because it may be a case of cashing out from one condo after the price has appreciated and reuse the funds for another one which has got good upside potential in the future.

Please feel free to contact me so that I can understand your situation better and examine the possible options for you.

Hi,

This is very subjective, and it very much depends on which property you're selling and then purchasing.

If the property you're selling is below market price, and the property that you're going to buy is overpriced, then perhaps it doesn't make sense.

However, if the property you're selling is at a record price, while the property you're purchasing has the potential to make you another pot of gold, then it does make sense for you to make the switch.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Dear Buyer,
I would say it depends! Why? Basically, there are many reasons for buyers to want to sell one to buy another. Condos are big ticket investments. If they are not performing, it is good to sell and buy another.

If the family's needs have changed, it is good to sell and buy another.

If the financial situation has changed, it is good to cash out and buy another in a better location.

So, it all depends what your needs and wants are. Please call me so that we can evaluate your situation in private and where might be a better location for your investment to appreciate better.
Cheers!
