There is no good or bad time to sell off your property.
As long as you are happy with your gain from the sale, please go ahead to sell.

Hi,
What is your objective to sell the EC? Is it to upgrade, or buy other condo in better location, or for capital gain?
No one can predict the future price movement. Some experts say price will moderate in 2 years' time due to oversupply while other experts say price will continue to appreciate at a slower pace.

What is your motivation to sell? Are you currently staying in the property and will have to look for another property should you sell the unit? Otherwise, will it be better for you to rent out the unit for passive income as the rental yield returns for a EC should be pretty attractive.
Nevertheless, if you have to look for alternative place to stay, I would advise you to be more prudent in making your decision.
