Virtual tour for you?

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 10years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.

Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 9,400 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my client's portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.

With an evolving market, where change is the only constant, I have also been investing in upgrading of my knowledge and skills sets to improve myself and meet the demands of current and future market.

We are offering our clients a complimentary first consultation without obligations (Absolutely FREE!). Schedule for your FREE session today!

Hi, I would be most glad to assist you further and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Hope to hear from you soon and have a great week ahead. Agent can’t conduct viewing during this period but there are buyer and tenant who will still commit simply thru online portal like video, zoom as well as floorplan. I have just sealed a rental unit just by using zoom for the tenant to view.

Good evening Sir/ Mdm,

Sorry to inform you that under the covid 19 act, physically viewings temporarily discontinued during circuit breaker.

You are looking to rent or purchase? My team and I have tenants and buyers who rented and purchased units over virtual tour, zoom/ whatsapp live video, floor plan etc.

Will you be open to it?

Dear Sir/Mdm,

So sorry but during this period you are not allowed to go for any physical viewings. But virtual viewings are allowed and also some realtors like myself have prepared walkthrough videos for the house that we have on hand. This will allow the buyers to do online viewings. We can also facilitate the viewing of the house via video conferencing so you can have a feel of how is it like walking through the house as well.

So that probably answers your original question but another question that needs to be addressed will be, is it safe to commit to a property without doing any physical viewings? There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ kind of answer. It really depends on whether are you looking for a house for rental or you are looking to purchase? My personal opinion is, if you are looking for a rental property, then it is really quite ok to proceed to confirm a house by just doing virtual viewings. If you take up a one year lease, then the stakes are not so high. If there are anything about the house that you do not like and cannot be rectified, then you just need to endure for a year and you are free to go.

If today you are looking for a property to purchase, then more work will need to be done. First of all, we will need to be very familiar with the surroundings of the property. This is to ensure we know what are certain facings to avoid. Next will be your intentions on renovations. If you have plans to do a complete overhaul to the house, then it is easier. If your plan is to keep as much of the existing renovations as possible, then my advice will be for you to do a physical viewing first. These 2 are just out of the many factors that we have to consider. I hope this Post answers your question and also gives you a slightly better overview of whether should you commit to a property without doing any physical viewings.

If you have anymore questions, please feel free to contact me ands we can have a non obligatory discussion on this! Anyway now during the circuit breaker, it will be quite nice to have a chat too! Haha.

Looking forward to hear from you soon! Cheers!

Hi,

Yes, you could still go for house viewings during Covid, but before the Circuit Breaker kicked in on 7th Apr 2020. The Circuit Breaker has since been extended to 1st June 2020.

Under the Circuit Breaker rules, all residents in Singapore are advised to stay at home at all times, unless for essentials. Unfortunately, house viewings are not termed as an essential service. Hence, I'm afraid the earliest house viewings are allowed would be after 1st June when the CB ends.

I am experienced and well-versed in both private and HDB resale transactions. I will be able to assist you in your housing plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
