Hi Mr,

It is not necessary to always have agents in property buys/sales. However, besides looking for property/buyers, agents will help to make sure all the details are in place during transaction, so that there is no mis-understanding, or flaws in any place.

As you may know, if any small thing goes wrong in property transaction, the cost will be much much more than the agent fees.

Hi Sir,

You can have more than 10 agents to market your property if you want to, but the more agents you engaged, the lower your price will be. It's as simple as retail shops selling same product, what will happen to the price???

You can consider engaging a team instead of an individual agent to archive your target yet paying only 1 standard commission and liaising with only the one in charge.

Hi ND,

I have differing opinions from Michael. Having more agents does not necessary means that price will be lower if the price control is practise properly by all agents.

Nevertheless, I'd like to ask what benefits are there to have more than an agent should the one and only is proficient and can meet your requirements?
